First comments are reviewed by the editor. Once approved, subsequent comments may appear immediately; comments with multiple external links return to review. Rate limits help reduce spam. Use Report on a comment to flag a concern. The editor may approve, hide, or remove material and suspend participation. Reader reactions do not validate scientific claims.

Your profile and activity

Reading is public. Participation requires sign-in with ChatGPT. Choose a public display name in My community account; a neutral Reader name is assigned initially. Affiliation and biography are optional and public, and affiliations are self-reported. Public comments link to your profile. We do not display your account email. We store your account identifier to associate comments, reactions, follows and moderation records with your account.

Following and notifications

Posting a comment follows its discussion automatically. You can unfollow at any time. Replies and new approved comments in followed threads appear in your on-site notifications. Email digests are not enabled. You can remove your own comments; a placeholder preserves the conversation structure.
